Picking up Passport

Hi there, I applied for a HK visit visa and have been advised from the immigration that my application has been approved. I tried contacting Chinese Consulate many times through last week and this week but have not been successful. I am waiting to hear from the consulate if i could come and pick up my passport. My application number is VOEV-0008933-12. Please contact me soon as i have to have my passport as i am travelling soon. Thank You.
