Business Visa for my Vice President

My VP is British and needs to be in Beijing from 09-13th Dec for meeting. He has Malaysian working and is valid until February 2013. Can he apply for visa and what are the requirements needed for a British Citizen? Can I submit for him? Your urgent response is much appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, he can apply for the visa in Malaysia. Being a British, he has to submit his passport, application form that should be truly and neatly filled and signed by himself, one passport-size photo taken recently, two-way air ticket, hotel booking receipt from China, invitaion from the holder of the meeting, work visa of Malaysia. You can go to the embassy to do the application on his behalf.

Hi Fay,

Thanks so much for your fast response. His Malaysia Work Visa is expiring in Feb 2013, do you think you will accept his application?

Thank you and kind regards.

Generally, the officer asks for it valid for more than 6 months. But you can have a try anyway.
