Hi, dear. You may misunderstand. Actually, at Luohu, you can reach Lo Wu, Hong Kong by crossing the immigration border. So no need to take a train.
Anyway, you may mean the East Rail Line from SZ to HK, it costs 33.5HKD from Lo Wu to Hong Hum.1
