Why I cannot find the information of tracking number RA699693448CN agian?

According to the tracking number that, I used to find the information but now I cannot find the information of the tracking number that. Please help me check it for me.

I find the informatian according to the tracking number you offer. It is still in Guangzhou and the information online was updated in November 14th.

Do you know? When it is sent to thailand? What hppen it was still in Guanghou amost 40 days?
