Please me check status of Tracking number RA699693448CN. I just check it on website. I saw movement of stutus that but I cannot read it because It is China Language. Please translate it for me.

I don't understand. Why it still on that? When the post office will send it to me (destination) Thailand? Can you tell the way to contract with that?

I fear it will be loss.
