Chinese people worship the Dragon, which is the symbol of authority and diginty. Phoenix is regarded as the king of birds, which is the symbol of luck. Ancient people think when these two animals come out together, the lucky things will happy. So this pattern is the symbol of Chinese people's good wish for the good things.
