Harbin ice Festival

Dear Travel Guide

We would like to visit Harbin for the Ice Festival. When is the best time to go? Is there a busy period? Will it still be open at the end of February?

The Ice Festival will start from Jan 05 to the end of February normally. This period is the best time to go there and the city will be very busy and crowded with visitors at the same time.
