Travel Permit to Tibet

I heard new policy on Travel Permit to that area says that the permit can only be issued under the condition that the visit group is 5 or more people with the same nationality, traveling from the same city to Lhasa and arriving on the same day.

We have only 2 people to travel of the same nationality, we are afraid that the permit can not be applied and issued according to the new policy. Please explain how can we visit Tibet?

Thanks.

Yes, you are right. According to the latest policy, foreign people going there have to meet the demands you mentioned above. But when do you plan to go there? If next year, maybe there will be new entry policy and you may be allowed to enter at that time.
Anyway, I suggest you pay attention to the website below to get the latest updated information:

Or I have another idea, you can keep touch with a travel agency and they may inform your trip once the policy changes.
