Visit China from Qatar

I am a Ghanaian working in Qatar. I intend visiting China for a week .What do I need to complete the visa formalities ?

Documents needed are as follows:
1. Original and copy of passport valid for at least 6 months with enough blank visa pages.
2. Visa Application Form with one 2×2(in.)-sized passport photo stamped on the the first page.
3. Supplementary Visa Application Form.
4. Copy of Qatari visa, valid for at least another 3 months.
5. Copy of valid Qatar Residence Permit (ID card).
6. Original employment certification from Qatari local company with your name, passport number, position, basic salary, company information, company stamp and date.
