You can go to You Yi Xin Tian Di Square to have a look. It is a big clothing wholesale market at No. 208, Binjiang Avenue, Heping Disrict. It is hard to predict whether it will be snowing or not during Xmas. You need to pay attention to the weather forecast at that time.
