It is cold at the end of the year with a temperature of 0~14C. At this period of time, the temperature difference between day and night can be above 10 C (50 F), so bring long-sleeved T-shirts, sweaters, jacket and a down coat in reserve. Most hotels in the city do not provide heating system.
