Weekend Schedules

On the websites I have searched for schedules in China, I have not seen any indication that there is a difference between weekday and weekend schedules. Is the schedule really the same every day or are there fewer trains on Saturdays or Sundays?

Yes, generally the schedules are the same on weekdays and weekends.
