HK small parcel sent to China

I sent a small parcel from HK to Chang Ping... After 2 weeks they still did not receive it... There is no tracking number it was sent regular post... How long does it take ? And how can the receiving end look into it ?

Well, it need to pass through the customs. Usually, it takes about 7-10 work days. Sometimes, it may need 15 work days. Thus, you just need to wait more time. Do not worry much about it.
