Weather in Taipei in March

Hi, I am keen to travel there and hualien in March. Any advise on the weather conditions? I heard there might be rain... Will it affect my plans to visit taroko national park in hualien?

Well, it will have the average temperature of about 15C. Although it may rain, it will not block your trip to the park. Don't worry!
