About:Hong Kong Travel

Weather by dec 5 2012... Proper attire...

Hi! We're going to HK this dec 5, how's the weather by that time and is it possible to wear shorts? Or can u suggest a proper attire by that time and how to reach the causeway bay, will be staying in silk far east hotel...thanks

Hi, it will be sunny, but the shorts may be not that proper. After all, the average temperature then is about 18-20C. So I suggest you take along the long-sleeved clothes, such as shirts and the light jacket.

Do you mean the direction from your hotel to Causeway Bay? Well, walk to Tsuen Wan MTR Station from your hotel, you can take subway Tsuen Wan Line to Admiralty. After that, you can transfer to Island Line to Causeway Bay directly.

Hi, it is around 20km or farther between the two places.
You can surely take a pack of cigarette to HK. You can spot out the signs of "smoking room" somewhere you can smoke.

Is the causeway really far from silka far east? :( and is it possible to bring 1 pack of cigarette to hongkong? And how will we know if there is a smoking area? Thanks ...

Hi, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line and get off at Mong Kok. Then you can wallk to the shopping mall. The journey takes about 25min.

Don't worry! You can also use the subway Tsuen Wan Line to Tsuen Wan and then walk to your hotel.
