nbi clearance and fastest processing time

do you need to submit an nbi clearance to secure a chinese tourist visa? what is the fastest processing time?

If it's your first time to apply for a China visa, yes, you need to provide it. You mean the processing time for the visa? If you use the rush service, you will be able to get it the second day after your submission.
