I am staying at his location:

The Bauhinia Hotel, No. 151, Jiefang South Road, Yuexiu District, Beijing Road/ Haizhu Square.

Well, yes. You can find more than one such restaurants nearby. Here is my recommendation:
Shache Hahal Food at No. 43, Guangta Road, about 650m away from the hotel northwestwards ;
Nur Bostan Muslim Restaurant nearby, about 600m away.
In addition, there are many Halal Lamian Noodles Restaurant around.
