Any bus from Tsim Sha Tsui to Ocean Park? when the last trip from Ocean park back to Tsim Sha Tsui?

Well, bus no. 973 can take you directly to your destination. You need walk from where you are to Silvercord, Canton Road to take the bus and get off at Wong Chuk Hang San Wai, Wong Chuk Hang Road. After that, you can walk to the Oean Park.
The last bus for the return journey runs from the terminal at 22:05.
