fragrant hills park in Beijing. Is it recommended to visit during December?

Hello, we're visiting Peking this end of november to early december. is it winter already by then? and is it recommedable to visit fragrant hills park during that time?

It is winter now there. Usually, the late October to late November is the best time to see the red leaves on the hill, but sometimes, the red leaves will last to the end of November. It is hard to say whether there is still leaves at that time. Anyway, it is still a good park that is worth seeing.
