what's about canadians who are living in iran,can they obtain visa with their canadian pass in teh

hi i am a business man who want to import many things from china to canada . i am living in tehran and here is closer to china . i have both iranian and canadian passes. and i have two residental in both countries. so should i obtain visa from embassy of china in tehran or i can travel there with my canadian pass? i will be glad to hear from you soon to plan for my business.what's the regulations?
