Weather in Cing Jing and Sun Moon Lake

Hi ! We will reach taipei on 10th Nov and travel to Cing Jing on 11th and 12th Nov (He Huan Shan). thereafter to Sun Moon Lake from 13th Nov to 14th Nov..would need some advise on the temperature at the aforementioned destination. Do we need to bring thermal wear/ jacket to wear in Cing Jing esp He Huan Shan?
