About:Jieyang Travel

Tranportation from Jieyang to Meizhou.

Please advise if any public bus or train for the above journey? Which is the best way to go from Chaoshan airport
to Meizhou after 4 p.m. (flight arrival time), and how much the price? How much price if take a taxi ?
Also advise where to take public bus and time table to reach Meizhou. Many thanks...

Hi, for the above journey, you have two choices: by train and by bus.
At JY Bus Station, you can take the direct bus to Meizhou at 08:30, 12:50 and 14:00. It takes about CNY30 and about 1.5h.
Two trains are on schedule for the journey each day: K9190 departing at 07:20 and K800/K797 at 18:10.

From Chaoshan Airport to Meizhou, there are direct Airport Express Buses, departing at 09:30 and 16:00. It takes 2h and CNY60. So as for your case, after 16:00, you may miss the bus. I suggest you go to the local train station to catch the train at 18:10.
