About:Harbin Ice Festival

We plan to go to the Ice and Snow Festival on dec 28-jan 5, but we are afraid of low temperature.

We are not used to the low temperature.

Oh, it is extremely cold during that time. The lowest temperature may drop to -30C. Thermal underwear, wool sweater, hat, scarf and gloves, down coats and cotton boots are must when travel there at that time. Take cold medicine as well for the big temperature difference indoor and outdoor.
