What documents do I need for apply visa for my Myanmar maid to Hong kong

1. One Hong Kong Visa Application Form
2. One recently taken 2X2 inch photo
3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months.
4. Original and copy of the residence permit (e.g. PR, EP).
5. Bank statements within 3 months
6. Round trip airline ticket and hotel reservation

Hi, is it difficult to get one from my Myanmar maid to Hong kong for a holiday?

The information on the embassy website does not indicate requirement for domestic worker. So I searched and found out there are travel agency provide Visa application services. My Myanmar maid application with them took only 4-5 workings day. Total S$120. May try Pinnacle Travel, the staff Nancy is friendly and helpful.
