1. One Hong Kong Visa Application Form
2. One recently taken 2X2 inch photo
3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months.
4. Original and copy of the residence permit (e.g. PR, EP).
5. Bank statements within 3 months
6. Round trip airline ticket and hotel reservation1

The information on the embassy website does not indicate requirement for domestic worker. So I searched and found out there are travel agency provide Visa application services. My Myanmar maid application with them took only 4-5 workings day. Total S$120. May try Pinnacle Travel, the staff Nancy is friendly and helpful.0
