which station to stop taking Airport Express while staying at a Hotel Shamrock,Nathan Road.

My wife and I are visiting Hong Kong to on 3rd December to 7th December 2012.We will be staying in Shamrock Hotel,223 Nathan Road,Kowloon.My question is taking the Airport Express train from the airport which station do we stop,is it Kowloon or HK station?Is there free shuttle bus service from the station to Shamrock Hotel,Nathan Rd? For 2 persons what is the fare for a single journey ?Thank You.
