Upon arrival, you can go to take shuttle bus from the airport to Hangzhou Railway Station, then take train to SH. You have no need to buy the ticket in advance. There are so many trains running daily frequently between the two cities. For details, including its fare and schedule, you can check this website: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/ .
I suggest you take the bullet or high speed train, which will arrive at Hongqiao Railway Station. From Hongqiao Station to the hotel, you can take subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road, then take a taxi to the hotel.

Hi, the way I gave you is convenient, but not the nearest station. If you take a cab from the East Nanjing Road, it may take about 20min and cost CNY25 or more.
Or you can get off at Century Avenue by subway line 2 and then transfer to subway line 4 to Yangshupu Road Station. After that, you can take a cab to your hotel, spending about CNY11.

Hello again.
Do you mean go back to your hotel from Hangzhou? Well, if you have large luggage, I suggest you take a taxi from your hotel to the airport. Otherwise, you can wallk to Yangshupu Road to take subway line 4 to Century Avenue and then transfer to subway line 2 to the airport directly. The subway journey takes about 1.5-2h.
Also you'd better reach the airport at least 2h ahead.

Hi, hope the information can still catch your plan.
As for your case, no direct transport is available. So due to your many luggages, I suggest you take a cab from your hotel to Pudong Airport. There you can easily catch a direct bus to reach Hangzhou in 3h. When you get off at Hangzhou CAAC Ticket Office, you can walk to the local Railway Station to find the nearby direct airport shuttle bus to the airport.
