Is there a minimum savings amount requirement for the bank statement for the approval of the visa?

To apply visa in Philippines, a bank statements with balance of at least 100K for the last 6 months is required. There is no actual requirement of the amount, but it should be enough to cover your expense in China. You'd better visit the embassy directly for this.
