Need advice on passport renewal

Hi, my name is Tolkin, I am doing my PhD in Beijing. Recently, I am back and just got new passport. I had Resident Permit in my old passport until July ,2013. What documents do I need in order to get X now. I have a Certificate about my enrollment issued by chinese university , Student card (Xue sheng zheng), Certificate from AIDS center, copy of my old passport. Please kindly inform me if anything is missing.
