Dear Sir, I am assigned as a jury members by the Asian Shooting Confederation for  the 5 Asian Air gun Championship-2012. Nanchang ,China. From dec 23 to 29 /2012.With the invitation can I get the visa from embassy ?Can I get it by mail  because  I from Rajshahi ?

You can get visa with invitation letter, but mail application is not acceptable. You should go in person or by others if you can not visit the embassy in person.

i recived invitation letter from China .but  i  have to visit India from28nov to 10 dec/12 .Indian embassy at rajshahi retarn, my passport 22/11/12. if i submit application on 23 nov/12 can i get visa on 27 nov/12 ? my visit to China on 11/12/2012

hi, you can apply in advance from Chinese embassy in Bangladesh. the regular processing takes 4 working days. If necessary, you can apply with express service.

HaiThanks. I received e-mail  invitation letter from Authorized Unit and letter No.1236-122-0301 dated 2012-11-09 is this is ok ? Can I apply for Rush for 1 working day? Regards

Hi, you can use the invitation letter, generally, it is valid for 6 months. For the urgent service, you need to request it when your lodge in your appliction. It you get approval, you are able to get it on the same day.

As per your advice I want to Embassy for Visa with e-mail copy of invention latter but the Embassy did not except e-mail invention ? Please do not give any advice which is not expectable.

Dear, about the invitation letter, I have to say this depends on consular officers as they have the final say to any application. In some countries, invitation letter can be fax. I am sorry yours were not accepted by them under suggestion of Betty. Best Regards,
