About:Shanghai Metro Line 2

Hi - I would like to travel via subway from Changning District to Hangzhou

Can you please tell me best way to get from MAGLEV Changning District to Hangzhou via Honqiao railway station, where would I buy tickets and can you buy return tickets.

Anyway, subway line 2 and 10 can take you to Hongqiao Railway Station directly, where you can catch the train to Hangzhou.
Absolutely, you can buy train ticket there, also for the return tickets.
