About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Visa processing time for Hongkong.

Hi there, I applied for a visa for hongkong on 2/11/12. The consulate in Melbourne advised me that it will take minimum of 4 weeks for the process as i hold a Nepalese passport.I am quiet scared because i have got my holidays planned from 1/12/12. I am worried that what will happen if my passport does not arrive before December.I am flying to Singapore on 1/12/12. I would be very greatful if you could help me out with this. Thank you.

Hi Frank,

I am not being able to get to Hongkong Immigration. When i ring them, it always says that all the operators are busy and not able to connect at the moment. Is there any other ways to track my passport. If the visa processing takes long, I wish to withdraw my application instead. Please hope to receive some help from you. Thanking you. Anu.

Sorry, as I know application can not be withdrawn after you lodged it to the consulate. It may be sent to HK already. So, just wait for it. You can contact consulate in Melbourne if necessary.
