chinese embassy in djibouti can accept ethiopian passport

I have Ethiopian passport and now I live here. Can i apply student visa and i have the original admission And I would like to know the time that student admission will stop i.e the registration

If you have residence permit in Djibouti, then you can apply there. As for the deadline of the student admission in China, you'd better confirm this with your Chinese school.
