About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

Can I get student x1 type from chinese embassy of djibouti?

hi , i am liban ali from somalia , i just want to know if i can get student x1 type from chinese embassy of djibouti, i got partial scholarship from yanbian university in china please let me know i don't have enough time i left only 20 day to get the university...... thanks
