LOST MY UGANDAN PASSPORT WITH VALID VISA BEFORE I MADE LOCAL POLICE RESIDENCE REGISTRATION?

Iam a student in china .What is the procedure if i have lost my passport with my valid visa and i had not done my local police residence permit registration yet!! please help me

You need to report the loss to the local police asap, it will be better if you have passport copy and visa copy. Then, contact your embassy for the replacement of passport.
