I am planning to visit Zhangjiajie in mid-Dec. can you let me know how is the weather like?

It is cold during that time. The temperature has a big different between day and night, especially at the scenic spots area. It may range from 1~10C. When go there, you need to wear warm clothing like down jacket or overcoat.
