i am planning to go Taipei and Kaohsiung mid dec, any recommended attractions?

How to go from Taipei to Kaohsiung?

Taipei National Palace Museum, the Presidential Palace, the Lungshan Temple, the Taipei 101, and Mt. Yangming are recommended. In Kaohsiung, Hsitzuwan Scenic Area and the Pier-2 Art Center are great.

From Taipei to Kaohsiung, you can take a high speed train from Taipei Railway Station. It takes about 2 hours for a single trip and remember to book tickets in advance.
