Pidong Airport to Sofitel

Hi,
I am travelling to china first time. Can you tell me how to go from Pudong airport to Sofitel hotel

From the airport, you can take subway line 2 and drop off at East Nanjing Road, then get out from exit 4 and walk about 100m along the East Nanjing Road to the hotel.

Is it a direct one from Pudong airport to East nanjing road? Do we need to switch at any lace?
