Shanghai public transportation card - Souvenir cards

Hi,
I'm think of buying the souvenir card instead of the ordinary one as I am not interested to refund it.
Do you know how much it cost ?
Is it CNY 20 for the base card, like the ordinary one, or does it cost different ?
