They will be open at that time, but as I know, the amusement items at Longqing Gorge only open to public from April 10 to November 15, and the ice lantern show opens from January 1 to the end of February.

Longqing Gorge. Thanks for your reply that amusements are not open on 13 Dec '12. Is the Dragon escalator and the cruise in operation? We really would like to go there on 13 Dec '12.

The escalators will be in operation, but I am not sure about whether the cruise is in operation or not, because it will be cold at that time.
