Shenzhen visa for a transit less than 24 hours

hi, I'm an Indonesian. Can I get Visa On Arrival if entry through the Shenzhen airport? Thank You.

As additional information, I will be in Shenzhen is less than 48 hours maybe even less than 24 hours. Thank You.
