About:Macau Visa Policy

I hold an Indian Passport, I am in Macau for the weekend.

I am also planning a few hours visit to Hong Kong on Saturday evening for dinner & return to Macau the same night. Will there be any issues?

You are exempted visa to Macao and Hong kong for certain days, but as the itinerary you said above, you will enter Macao twice in a weekend. There is a possibility that you will be refused entry at the second time. So, better contact the immigration department for further confirmation on this.
