visa TO China FROM hong Kong for a KZ citizen

Hello,

I need to go to mainland from Hong Kong. My husband has a residence permit there. Currently I am in Malasya and I plan to go to HK very soon.
Can I make a visa in Hong Kong to see my husband? I cannot find information anywhere. Note, my husband is German and as we married recently, I still did not obtain a German residence permit or passport.
