How can I get to Nanping, or more specifically Qishi Town, from Hong Kong?

I notive that there are 3 flights a week but is there a train service from Kowloon or Hong Kong? What is that travel time by air and by train?

Hi, the direct flight takes about 1.5h.
But no direct trains can take you for the journey, so if you transfer there, the whole journey may take about 17h in total.
