Shopping in Taipei

Do I able to shop summer clothes there in early November? Is there a sale for summer clothes in November? or I can only shop for Winter clothes in November? I will be travelling there in early November till Mid November.

Hi, you can also get some summer clothes at that time, especially in some clothes wholesale markets.
