About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Age requirement or limits for work visa and temporary residence

We have an employee working in China from the mainland at a joint venture operation - US/China. He will be turning 60. Will this pose a problem to getting his work visa renewed?

I have to say that this may be an impediment, age requirements are 24-60. But I think if he holds valid work permit, this time he only needs to extend his work permit and residence permit.
