visa on arrival hangzhou

Question

I'm from Malaysia, my flight to Hangzhou on Monday 29/10 8.10am, unfortunately i miss out my Visa, and find out the problem last minute. Today is public holiday in Malaysia, I unable to rush for express today, and I unable to change my flight schedule, can I apply it on arrival when i reach Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport?Need your urgent assist, many thanks & appreciates!!!

Sorry, you can not apply for a visa when you arrive at the airport. As I know, you may be rejected to board without visa. You'd better contact the airline company if they accept flight change or money refund.
