my husband is independent now what process can we do to stay w/ him do we need visa?

YES HE IS WORKING IN HONGKONG AND HE WANTED US TO BE W/ HIM WHAT PROCES WE CAN DO TO STAY W/ HIM .HE HAS HONGKONG ID BUT STILL HE IS NOT YET CITIZEN SHOULD I SAY..
