Charge for CE's business lounge?

Do you know the charge for China Eastern's business lounge (flying on a coach ticket)?

I remember it is free. You need to show your rest card and boarding pass when entering the lounge. Anyway, you'd better call China Eastern Airlines to comfirm about this.
