how to travel to tibet

hello. i'm joy from vilgor travel and i would like to ask what are the things to be consider in travelling to tibet? please state the visas needed and the requirements in getting it.

First of all, you need to get a tourist visa L in advance in Philiipines. Then, apply through a travel agency for an Tibet Entry Permit issued by Tibet Travel Bureau. Individual tourists can not get this permit, you have to join a group with at least 4 others with nationality of Philippines.
