About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Application in Korea without ARC

Applying for F Visa to China as Non_resident of Korea. I was told that if I have been to China within the past two years than I will be able to still apply with out an ARC. Is this true or false?

Where you got this information? An, As I know, it is impossible if an applicant does not have ARC valid for more than 6 months.
